Interspersal Inc. will remain open for shipments during this crisis. We are taking all precautions prescribed by the CDC in our facilities. All employees are wearing PPE as well as working at distances. Further, all employees who can work from home have been asked to do so. We recognize this is going to be a challenge for our customers and we will continue to do our best to support our customers during this time.

•-Interspersal Inc. will remain open for business to fulfill our customer orders as required and all of our employees will be available to support our customers in any way possible!

•Our cloud based computing system allows most employees including sales to work remotely and further allows inventories, orders, and shipments to be managed remotely.

•We will continue to follow the guidance from the CDC, to allow remote offices for non-operational employees not essential for daily operations. We also are supporting good hygiene practices including social distancing.

•We remain in constant contact with our key suppliers and partners around the globe and updated constantly of any changes. In certain circumstances supply chains have become stressed and where warranted we are increasing inventories in support our customers.

•Visitor access to Interspersal Inc. is now restricted to help assure the safety of our employees

•We have been and will continue to be in contact with our state representatives which have deemed our business to be an “essential business” because of the diverse range of customers and applications we support including vital medical equipment.

•We put in place contingency plans for alternative stocking locations throughout the nation.

•In an effort to support our customers we are temporarily extending our payment terms. We recognize the difficulties many of our customers face when managing supply chains; especially across various state and local governments that are subject to daily changes.

•For our staff that is required to be onsite, we are continuing to support good hygiene practices to limit close interaction and support social distancing.
